The Supreme Court came down heavily on the UP government for arresting journalist Prashant Kanojia last week. Kanojia was picked up from his home in Delhi for posting defamatory content against Yogi Adityanath. The vacation bench of Indira Banerjee and Ajay Rastogi ordered his immediate release.
