The Election Commission has stalled the release of Vivek Oberoi starrer biopic 'PM Narendra Modi' until the General Elections are over. The EC said the film, which was to release on 11 April, would disturb the level-playing field. The SC earlier rejected a plea to stop the release of the biopic.
