Types of Services Assessment Our experienced clinicians will meet with you to complete a comprehensive assessment to see what services work best for you. Our clinicians are trained in a multitude of therapy strategies to best fit your needs. We will schedule appointments in accordance with your goals. We believe therapy works best with consistent sessions that resolve current issues and help you continue through your life as successfully as possible. Psychiatry Services Individual circumstances may require psychotropic medication assessment and treatment. These services occur in tandem with therapy services and aren’t standalone services. At Bluegrass, we believe strongly in prescribing medication on a limited basis and only as a part of therapy. Case Management We link you to the professional resources in your community that provide support for individuals with mental illness to live independently and sustain recovery. Group Therapy A group setting provides opportunity for many therapy strategies. Individuals have the opportunity to engage with others who have similar circumstances. This creates an opportunity for a support network and learning skills to use in everyday life.
